In this tutorial, you will open **Analytics** and read how many bot subscribers you have.

**Time needed:** 8 minutes

## Before you start

Make sure:

- You are logged in to Wabot.
- The account has chatbot subscribers in **People**.

> This **Analytics** is under **Audience Hub**. It is subscriber counts, not Live Chat Insights, and not a Broadcast report.

## 1. Open Analytics

On the left menu, open **Audience Hub**.

Click **Analytics**.

  <div class="doc-shot-ph-frame" role="img" aria-label="Audience Hub Analytics">
    <span class="doc-shot-ph-kicker">Screenshot example</span>
    <strong class="doc-shot-ph-title">Audience Hub Analytics</strong>
    <span class="doc-shot-ph-hint">Clean UI. No real names, emails, or chats.</span>
  </div>
</figure>

## 2. Choose the account and period

Select the WhatsApp account.

Pick a period: **7d**, **30d**, **90d**, or **All**.

**30d** is enough for this tutorial.

If the numbers look old, click **Refresh analytics**.

## 3. Read Acquisition

Under **Acquisition**, find **Total Subscribers**.

Also check:

- **Facebook Ads**
- **Organic**
- **New This Period**

  <div class="doc-shot-ph-frame" role="img" aria-label="Total Subscribers">
    <span class="doc-shot-ph-kicker">Screenshot example</span>
    <strong class="doc-shot-ph-title">Total Subscribers</strong>
    <span class="doc-shot-ph-hint">Clean UI. No real names, emails, or chats.</span>
  </div>
</figure>

## 4. Read Engagement

Under **Engagement**, find **Chatbot Enabled** and **Bot-Reached**.

If a tile is a link, click it to open the matching people in **People**.

## Make sure it worked

This tutorial worked when:

- You selected an account and a period.
- **Total Subscribers** shows a number.
- You can see **Acquisition** and **Engagement**.

## If it didn’t work

### It says No analytics available

- Confirm the account has subscribers in **People → Bot Subscribers**.
- Click **Refresh analytics**.
- Try **All** instead of **7d**.

### The number does not match People

Analytics follows the period you picked. **People** shows the current list. Use **All** to compare the full count.

### You wanted a Broadcast report

Open **Broadcast** and click **Report**. That is a different page.

## Next

You know the subscriber count. Next, build a recipient list for a campaign.
