In this tutorial, you will find one chatbot subscriber in **People** and open their **Subscriber Profile**.

**Time needed:** 10 minutes

## Before you start

Make sure:

- You are logged in to Wabot.
- The WhatsApp account you will use shows **Online**.
- Someone has already messaged that account, so a subscriber exists.

> **People** is under **Audience Hub**. It is not Broadcast, and it is not Live Chat.

> This page uses **Bot Subscribers**. The **Contacts** tab is the CRM address book. Use **Add Contact** there only when you must save a number yourself.

## 1. Open People

On the left menu, open **Audience Hub**.

Click **People**.

</figure>

## 2. Choose Bot Subscribers

If you see two tabs, click **Bot Subscribers**.

Select the WhatsApp account.

## 3. Find the person

In **Search subscribers...**, type the name or phone.

Use the country code, with no `+` and no spaces.

**Right:** `60123456789`
**Wrong:** `+60 12-345 6789`

You can click **Filter** to narrow by **Chatbot Status**, **Follow-Up**, activity, source, or labels.

</figure>

## 4. Open Subscriber Profile

Click the row or card.

**Subscriber Profile** opens. Check **Info**, and the **Chatbot** switch (**On** or **Off**).

You can also open **Chat History**, **Follow Up**, **Insights**, **AI History**, or **Memories** if those tabs appear.

</figure>

## Make sure it worked

This tutorial worked when:

- **People** shows **Bot Subscribers**.
- You found the person by name or phone.
- **Subscriber Profile** is open.
- You can see whether **Chatbot** is **On** or **Off**.

## If it didn’t work

### The list is empty

- Confirm you selected the correct WhatsApp account.
- Someone must have messaged that account first.
- Clear **Filter** if a filter is hiding them.

### You cannot find the number

Use the country code, with no `+`.

**Right:** `60123456789`
**Wrong:** `012-345 6789`

### You wanted to add a number yourself

Click **Contacts**, then **Add Contact**. Fill **First Name**, **Last Name**, **Phone Number**, and **Contact Account**. That is a CRM contact, not a chatbot subscriber.

### You wanted to send a campaign

Do not send from People. Create a list in [Create a Broadcast List](/contacts/broadcast-list), then use **Broadcast**.

## Next

You can find a subscriber. Next, review the follow-up messages the bot already scheduled.
