**Wabot.io** is the platform. **Lite**, **Basic**, **Plus**, **Premier**, and **Platinum** are plans.

## Product and plans

### What is the difference between Wabot.io and Plus?

**Wabot.io** is the app you log into. **Plus** is just one paid plan inside it — not a different product.

### Does Wabot.io use Official or Unofficial API?

Both. **Unofficial API** means you scan a QR, like WhatsApp Web. **Official API** is a Meta Business number. Pick one for this WhatsApp — you do not need both.

**Wabot Pro** is an older name for Official API billing. It is the same Wabot.io dashboard, not a different app.

### I only want automation. Which plan?

Take **Lite** if you only send WhatsApp notifications. Lite has no automation and no Broadcast. For automation or blast, take **Basic** or above. See [Pricing](/pricing).

### I want to blast WhatsApp. Which plan?

Blast means one WhatsApp to many numbers at once. **Basic** can do that, plus simple keyword replies.

For a large or cold list, the team usually suggests **Official API**. See [Pricing](/pricing).

### I want Chatbot AI. Which plan?

You need **Plus** or above. **Lite** and **Basic** have no AI chatbot.

### Is blast on Unofficial API high risk?

Yes, especially if you blast people who do not know your number. Use a recent list, introduce yourself, and give a **STOP** option.

For daily replies, use **Live Chat** in Wabot.io — not WhatsApp Web.

## AI and chatbot

### Are AI credits the same as blast credits?

No. **AI credit** is for Chatbot AI replies. Blast uses your plan messages — not AI credit.

### I want replies for keywords like harga. Do I need AI?

No. Set a keyword in **Chatbots** — see [Create a keyword chatbot item](/features/chatbots/keyword-item).

Use AI only if you want the bot to answer in its own words from your prompt and **AI Knowledge**.

## Account and billing

### How long is the trial? Do my settings disappear?

The trial is lifetime, with about **150 messages per month**. Your settings stay when you hit that limit.

### How do I subscribe or change plan?

[Sign up](/getting-started/signup), then pick a plan after you log in.

To change plan later, send the team your Wabot email and the Order ID.

### How do I stop auto-debit or unsubscribe?

Log in to [Fatomate.com](https://fatomate.com) with your Wabot email, then unlink the card. Use **Forgot Password** if you have no password yet.

### I forgot my Wabot.io password

Open [app.wabot.io](https://app.wabot.io) and click **Forgot password**. If no email arrives, send your Wabot email to the team.

## Live Chat

### I paid, but Live Chat will not open

Open **Accounts**, open the WhatsApp account, set **Live Chat Status** to **Active**, then refresh.
