In this tutorial, you will add one **Leads Forwarder** tool and send leads to your own WhatsApp number.

**Time needed:** 10 minutes

## Before you start

Make sure:

- This instance is on **AI**. The **Tools** tab is hidden in Keyword mode.
- You already have an AI Default Reply. If not, finish [Create an AI Default Reply](/features/chatbots/ai-default) first.
- You know the WhatsApp number that should receive the lead.

> Write the number with country code, no `+`, no spaces.

> **Betul:** `60123456789`

> **Salah:** `+60 12-345 6789`

## 1. Open Tools

On the instance page, open **Chatbots & Tools**.

Click the **Tools** tab.

## 2. Choose Leads Forwarder

Click **New Tool**.

In **Select Tool Type**, click **Leads Forwarder**.

## 3. Name the tool

In **Leads Forwarder Settings**:

1. Enter a **Tool Name**.

**Example:** `Lead ke bos`

2. Leave **Status** on **Enable**.

## 4. Set the WhatsApp recipient

Under **Forward Recipients**, turn on **Forward to WhatsApp**.

In **WhatsApp Numbers / Group ID**, add your number.

**Example:** `60123456789`

## 5. Save the tool

Click **Create Tool**.

## Make sure it worked

**Leads Forwarder** appears in the **Tools** list with **Enable**.

Ask a test question that shares a name or phone number. Your recipient number should get a lead notice.

## If it didn’t work

### I cannot see Tools

The instance is still **Keyword**. Finish [Turn on AI mode](/features/chatbots/ai-mode) first.

### Create Tool is blocked

**Forward to WhatsApp** is off, or the number has `+` or spaces. Fix the number, then save again.
