In this tutorial, you will open **Full Analytics** and read one account’s activity.

**Time needed:** 8 minutes

## Before you start

Make sure:

- You are logged in to Wabot.
- The account has sent or received messages.

> This is **Tools → Analytics**, also opened from the Dashboard as **Full Analytics**. It is not **Audience Hub → Analytics**.

## 1. Open Analytics

On the **Dashboard**, click **Full Analytics**.

Or on the left menu, open **Tools**, then **Analytics**.

  <div class="doc-shot-ph-frame" role="img" aria-label="Full Analytics">
    <span class="doc-shot-ph-kicker">Screenshot example</span>
    <strong class="doc-shot-ph-title">Full Analytics</strong>
    <span class="doc-shot-ph-hint">Clean UI. No real names, emails, or chats.</span>
  </div>
</figure>

## 2. Choose the account and dates

Select the WhatsApp account.

Pick **Today**, **Last 7 Days**, **Last 30 Days**, **This Month**, or **Custom Range**.

For **Custom Range**, select both dates and apply the range.

## 3. Read the summary

Review the KPI cards, then the message timeline.

You may also see broadcast, chatbot, automation, or subscriber blocks, depending on the account.

Click **Refresh** after a campaign if the numbers look old.

    <span class="doc-shot-ph-kicker">Screenshot example</span>
    <strong class="doc-shot-ph-title">Analytics KPI</strong>
    <span class="doc-shot-ph-hint">Clean UI. No real names, emails, or chats.</span>
  </div>
</figure>

## Make sure it worked

This tutorial worked when:

- You selected an account and a date range.
- The KPI summary shows numbers, or a clear empty state.
- You did not mix this page with Audience Hub **Analytics**.

## If it didn’t work

### The page failed to load

Click **Try Again**. Confirm the account is connected.

### You wanted subscriber-only charts

Open **Audience Hub → Analytics**. That page is subscriber counts.

### You wanted a Broadcast report

Open **Broadcast** and click **Report**.

## Next

You can read account activity. Next, open the REST API console if you need a sample endpoint.
