In this tutorial, you will create one reusable **Caption**.

**Time needed:** 8 minutes

## Before you start

Make sure:

- You are logged in to Wabot.

> Open **Tools → Caption**. This is reusable text, not a Broadcast template.

## 1. Open Caption

On the left menu, open **Tools**.

Click **Caption**.

<figure class="doc-shot-ph shot-01-buka-caption" data-shot="01-buka-caption.png">
  <div class="doc-shot-ph-frame" role="img" aria-label="Caption list"><span class="doc-shot-ph-title">Caption list</span><span class="doc-shot-ph-hint">Screenshot reference</span></div>
</figure>

## 2. Start a new caption

Click **New Caption**.

The dialog title is **Create Caption**.

## 3. Write the title and content

In **Title \***, enter a name you will search later.

**Example:** `Caption`

In **Content \***, type the text.

> Hello, this is test message

Check **Live Preview**.

Click **Create Caption**.

<figure class="doc-shot-ph shot-02-create-caption" data-shot="02-create-caption.png">
  <div class="doc-shot-ph-frame" role="img" aria-label="Create Caption"><span class="doc-shot-ph-title">Create Caption</span><span class="doc-shot-ph-hint">Screenshot reference</span></div>
</figure>

## 4. Find it in the list

Use **Search captions...** if the list is long.

You can **Copy**, **Preview**, or **Edit** later.

<figure class="doc-shot-ph shot-03-caption-list" data-shot="03-caption-list.png">
  <div class="doc-shot-ph-frame" role="img" aria-label="Saved caption"><span class="doc-shot-ph-title">Saved caption</span><span class="doc-shot-ph-hint">Screenshot reference</span></div>
</figure>

## Make sure it worked

This tutorial worked when:

- The caption appears in the list.
- The title matches what you typed.
- **Live Preview** looked right before you saved.

## If it didn’t work

### Create Caption stays disabled

Fill both **Title \*** and **Content \***.

### You wanted a Media template

Use **Templates** in Broadcast or Official API. **Caption** is plain reusable text.
