Apply the reply to all accounts
Use Apply to All to save the same Default Reply on every connected WhatsApp account.
In this tutorial, you will copy one Default Reply to every connected WhatsApp account.
Time needed: 8 minutes
Before you start
Make sure:
- One account already has a working Default Reply. Finish Turn on a Default Reply first.
- You have more than one WhatsApp account.
- The same greeting is suitable for every account you will overwrite.
Apply to All replaces the Default Reply on every connected account. Open any special account later and click Configure if it needs different text.
1. Open Apply to All
On the left menu, click Autoresponder.
Click Apply to All.
The header says Apply to All Accounts.
2. Set the shared reply
Set Status to Enable.
Set Sent to, the Text Message / Caption, exclusions, and pause the same way you did for one account.
Leave Reply Using AI? on Normal Mode.
Click Save.
3. Check the cards
Go back to Autoresponder.
Each connected account should show Status as Enabled, and the same Send To value.
If one account must stay different, click Configure on that card only and change it.
Make sure it worked
This tutorial worked when:
- The form header was Apply to All Accounts before you saved.
- Every connected account card shows Enabled.
- A test to a second account also receives the same greeting.
If it didn’t work
One account is still Not Set
- Confirm that account is connected and Online.
- Website accounts are not used for Autoresponder.
- Click Configure on that card and save it on its own.
You overwrote a custom greeting
Open that account with Configure, paste the old text, and Save. Do not click Apply to All again unless you want every account to match.
