Find a failed queue message

Open Queue Message, filter Failed, open details, and retry if the cause is fixed.

In this tutorial, you will open Queue Message and check for a failed send.

Time needed: 8 minutes

Before you start

Make sure:

  • You are logged in to Wabot.
  • You have sent or scheduled a message from Broadcast, Live Chat, or another feature.

Queue Message is under CORE. It shows queued work. It does not create a new campaign.

1. Open Queue Message

On the left menu, click Queue Message.

2. Filter to Failed

Set All Status to Failed.

Select the WhatsApp account if you have more than one.

You can also search in Search recipient…

3. Open details

Click View details or View error details on a row.

Read the recipient, status, and error.

4. Retry only if the cause is fixed

If the account is Online and the number is correct, select the row.

Click Retry Failed.

Confirm Retry Selected Messages.

If the message must not send, use Delete Selected Items instead. Do not delete a large filtered set unless you are sure.

Make sure it worked

This tutorial worked when:

  • You opened Queue Message.
  • You can filter by Failed, Queued, Processing, Completed, Delivered, or Read.
  • A failed row shows details, or the filtered list is empty.

If it didn’t work

The list says no queue messages

Try All Status and All Time. A new account may have nothing yet.

Status stays Failed after retry

  • Check the account is Online.
  • Check the number uses the country code, with no +.
  • Open Read Account Error Logs if you are the owner.

Pending / Sending is missing

This page uses Queued and Processing, not Pending or Sending.

Next

You can read the queue. Next, make a WhatsApp click-to-chat link.
