Read a dashboard notification
Open the bell, read an alert in Inbox, and mark it read.
In this tutorial, you will open the dashboard bell and read one alert.
Time needed: 5 minutes
Before you start
Make sure:
- You are logged in to Wabot.
This is the header bell. It is not WordPress order WhatsApp, and not Audience Hub.
1. Open the bell
In the top bar, click the bell.

Clean UI. No real names, emails, or chats.
2. Open Inbox
If you see the full page, stay on Inbox.
Archived is for alerts you already put away.
3. Open one alert
Click an alert.
Read it. Some alerts open Live Chat.
Use Mark all read only after you checked alerts that need action.

Make sure it worked
This tutorial worked when:
- The bell or Inbox opened.
- You read one alert.
- Unread count dropped, or that alert is read.
If it didn’t work
The Inbox is empty
There may be no new alerts. Check Archived.
You wanted order WhatsApp for WooCommerce
Open the Notifications category for the WordPress plugin. That is a different feature.
You wanted to turn alerts on or off
If you are the owner, open Settings → Notifications.
