Read Account Error Logs
Open Account Error Logs, filter by account and Surface, and read one error.
In this tutorial, you will open Account Error Logs and read one failure.
Time needed: 8 minutes
Before you start
Make sure:
- You are logged in as the team owner.
- Something already failed, or you are checking that the log is empty.
Account Error Logs is under SUPPORT. It is owner-only.
1. Open Account Error Logs
On the left menu, under SUPPORT, click Account Error Logs.
2. Filter the list
Select an Account, or leave all accounts.
Select a Surface such as Chatbot, Broadcast, Playground, API, or System.
Click Refresh after you reproduce a problem.
3. Read one row
Check Last seen, Surface / area, Message, Error, and Occurrences.
Open Technical details only if support asked for it.
4. Delete only after you copied what you need
Select rows, then Delete selected.
Do not clear the log until you have the account name, surface, error type, and last seen time.
Make sure it worked
This tutorial worked when:
- The page opened.
- You can read one row, or the list is empty after Refresh.
- You know this page is owner-only.
If it didn’t work
The menu is missing
Only the owner sees Account Error Logs.
You wanted the send queue
Open Find a failed queue message.
You are writing to support
Send the account, surface, error type, and last seen time. Do not send tokens or full customer chats.
